to make the frosting pink, i just added a few drops of food coloring to regular white frosting. i save old frosting containers to hold frosting since i always have extra when i frost cupcakes.

thanks baby. i had looked at ones thru tupperware but they were ridiculously priced, so i got mine at walmart. they have several different ones. mine is the two tiered one by mainstays. i am in love with it. now, i want to find a mini cupcake holder.
the cupcakes were a hit. the combo of the spicy cinnamon redhots and the cool vanilla icing elicted several comments. and, i got some hurrays on how moist the cupcakes were. my hint for moister cakes and cupcakes add extra oil. the box called for 1/3 cup oil, and i used 1/2 cup oil.
